COVID-19 UPDATES.
Scotts Vapour Co are welcoming and sending orders with strict measures in place. Our customer service team are working to answer all your queries by email, chat and telephone.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t persevere long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water. Orders will be shipped via DPD/PARCEL EXPRESS or Special Delivery via Royal Mail Inc. We cannot guarantee dispatch or delivery times if your order is needed to be dispatched the same working day. We will attempt to ship orders as soon as possible, but Processing time can be up to 3 working business days. Shipping dates are estimates and Vape Scotts Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers or circumstances beyond our control. International orders will be shipped DHL and or Royal Mail International Tracked depending on the size of the shipment.

FREE DELIVERY.
All orders over the value of £300.00 (Excluding VAT) are applicable for free 24/48 hour delivery via Parcel Force.

FLAT RATE UNDER £300.
Scotts Vapour Co offers free delivery on all orders over £300.00. Orders that fall under this threshold will be subject to a £5.00 flat rate shipping fee which is non-refundable.

SUMMARY.
1. All orders are delivered using Royal Mail, DPD and Parcel Force only.
2. Goods supplied will normally be processed within 24 hours.
3. Orders are shipped once a day at 12am from Monday to Friday, any orders received after 10am on the same day may or may not be processed for same day shipping.
4. Should any processing delays occur, the Buyer will be notified via email with the option to continue to wait, or receive a full refund for the item(s) unable to meet the delivery deadline.
5. Where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
6. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
